1. What service do you need?
Do you need both pickup and delivery? Or do you prefer just one of these? Do you want to bring your clothes to our store? Do you need same-day service? With same day service in rainy season, delicate service is not possible. Read our FAQ on our shop page and if you're unsure, Contact us!
2. Fill our on-line form
To process an order outside the store, we always need a completed form. We need your name, your hotel name, room number Whatsapp phone Nr. so we can contact you.
Then you choose your preferred service. During the rainy season, same day service may be limited, so please contact us in advance.
3. Leave laundry at the reception
After placing your order online or by calling us, you can drop off your clothes at hotel reception. Please send us a message to WhatsApp - your room number and photo of your bag with dirty laundry on the reception( to identify your clothes). Why reception? For safety reasons we are not alowed to walk to your room. Our delivery guy will be there to pick up your laundry soon.
4. Receive your bill
We will check and weigh the clothes in our store. Your bill will be sent to your Whatsapp. You can leave the money at the reception in an envelope with your name and room number, or pay on delivery. Right now, only cash payment is possible.
5. Your clothes are ready
When your clothes are fresh, clean and ready for you, we will notify you and bring the clothes back to your hotel reception (with basic service usually after 5 - 6 pm the next day).
